Breathing…

The Sacred is always breathing us. Through the turning of the seasons, the ebbing and flowing of the sea, and the emptying and filling of the Moon, we can feel the Goddess breathing. We breathe in Her exhale just as She breathes in ours.

Today, under this dark of the Moon, we pause. Resting between exhale and inhale, we prepare for the new to come.

Here is a blessing, just for today, for this beautiful, potent moment in between. An offering of shamanic Soul Singing, just for you.

Make yourself comfortable. Take a deep, cleansing breath, and let it go. Relax into this moment, right here, right now. Let the sounds and the song wash over and through you. Breathe them in and be.

Footprints…

This poem keeps echoing through me today. I wrote it a number of years ago, but it still haunts my soul.

Whenever you emerge from this space of retreat, may you consider how you walk back into the world. Remember, the earth, and the Earth, absorbs your footprint.

For the Mothers…

As a shamanic Druid Priestess and healer, my practice includes offerings to my community. These often come in the form of Soul Singing, a healing offered through song. Normally, I make these offerings in the quiet and privacy of my Working space. Given the challenges of these days of personal and physical isolation, my Otherworldly Allies who support and guide me in this Work suggested I record and post them for my community to hear and experience directly.

Here is the third of these recordings, in celebration of the Mothers, on Mothers’ Day 2020.
